4.When samples are approved,Xinhaiwei sales send the Proforma Invoice with Xinhaiwei seal.
5.Customer make the payment for deposit and send us Bank receipt.
6.Initial Production Stage-Inform the clients that we have got the deposit and start to produce.
7.Middle Production Stage-Send photos to show the production line which you can see your product in. Confirm the estimated delivery time again.
8.End Production Stage-Bulk production have been completed and clients dispatch QC for final inspection,Xinhaiwei will send you bulk production samples for record.
9.Clients make balance payment and Xinhaiwei will ship the goods.We also accept payment term-Balance against B/L copy or L/C payment.
10.Order can be said "finish" when you receive the goods and satisfy with them.

A:We handle business very flexibly. For most of the items in our collection in our own brand, no MOQ needed if we have stocks. But smaller order leads to a higher price.

A:We will perform a 100% quality inspection during the production process, then perform random inspections before packaging and take photos and archive them after packaging.

4. How about your delivery time?
A:Generally, 10-25days after order confirm. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
5.Can you produce according to the samples?
A:Yes, we can produce by your samples.
6.Do you offer samples?  
A:Sure, if we have stock, we can provide samples for free, but you need to pay for shipping.
If you have order with us, you will be our VIP customer, all your samples will be free of charge, we will send you sample,documentsetc by our account.
7.Is there cheap shipping cost to import to our country?  
A:Don't worry. we will arrange the most suitable transportation method for you based on your order quantity.
8.Can you make OEM or ODM service?
